Ordered products will be delivered as quickly as possible in accordance with the requested shipping method. All shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice. 
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the item and your location.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

We use third party shipping companies. Olivessa is not responsible for any delays once the piece has left our premises.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Olivessa is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check you country's customs rates before purchasing.
